This week I want to share with you some links to posts from other blogs about farm-fresh eggs that you may find interesting.

This week I shared an easy Black Bean Salad. I find that when I make a dish like this and eat it for lunch, along with some fruit, etc it helps me keep on a better healthy eating track. If I don’t have a plan then I always eat things I shouldn’t! Love to have this for lunch!
