The gluten-free diet. A diet often thought of as a fad or a passing phase. Strangely, many people are seeing marked improvement in their health when they cut out wheat. Isn’t that odd if it’s just a fad…
There are some real reasons why so many people are seeing improvements in their heath. One of those reasons, as mentioned in the title, is the fact that when you eat wheat, it can literally cause holes in your gut which allow poop to enter your blood stream. Ewwww… that doesn’t sound so nice. And your body doesn’t think so either. In fact, this is one of the reasons we’ve likely seen a huge rise in autoimmune diseases in recent years.
