Hi! This meal plan looks great, I can’t wait to try it! Is there a shopping list posted somewhere or do I need to pull my own list together? Don’t want to reinvent the wheel if it is somewhere and I am just missing it! Thanks!
Trisha Gilkerson
No, unfortunately I don’t have a shopping list to go with it! Sorry about that.

Thank You for this meal plan. I actually start my grain and sugar free journey tomorrow. The recipes sound delicious, and it is just what I have been looking for. Curious why you use honey for some of your recipes.
Trisha Gilkerson
Some of the recipes I link to are refined sugar-free. So to make them 100% sugar free you’d either have to skip that recipe or try it with an alternate sweetener. Hope that helps!

Many of these recipes still include grains and sugar. Quinoa is a grain… Maple syrup is a sugar.
Trisha Gilkerson
Hi Linda,
Actually, quinoa is a seed, not a grain. We eat it much like we would a grain and is a nice grain-free substitute for those of us trying to cut-down or eliminate grain. I probably should have clarified these recipes are free of processed sugars because yes a few recipes do include maple syrup or honey. But you can easily substitute those out with your favorite sugar-substitute. I hope that helps clarify things!

Goodness yes!!! Very hard to find things I can tolerate. No sugar, no gluten, no grease, no pasta, no potatoes.
I have Crohn’s Disease and I can’t tolerate many foods at all.
