I’m not generally a huge chicken fan. But I love chicken wings. Why? I’ve determined it’s because they’re so nice and juicy and you can pack so much flavor into those tasty little guys (unlike chicken breasts—yuck). These Fiesta Cilantro Lime Wings are no exception!

While my husband favors the spicy zip of buffalo chicken wings or even buffalo chicken cauliflower (he’d probably drink the bottle of wing sauce if I’d let him), I personally prefer these. I’m a huge cilantro fan, so it’s no wonder.
Side note: Yes, yes I know there are those of you out there who don’t like cilantro. It’s some weird genetic abnormality. Because if you were normal we all know you’d like cilantro! ha. Nevertheless, you can still enjoy these wings if you omit the cilantro or swap it out with fresh parsley instead.
Cilantro Lime Wings are easy, healthy and delicious!
If you thought wings were difficult to make, you’re in for a delightful surprise. This busy mama ain’t got time for messing around with complicated recipes. These wings are easy peasy to make. They’ll take 10 minutes to prep—max! Pop those babies in the oven and pull delicious crispy wings out 45 minutes later. Voila!
While they make a great addition to your football party snacks, or game-night snacks with the kids, I could eat them for a meal. Just pair them with some slices of avocado and I’m one happy camper!
And best of all…these tasty, easy to put together wings fit my gluten-free, keto diet. Win!
