That is the screen you should be on. There are directions BEFORE that (the first thing below the title), which tell you how to access your membership.

I never figure out how to get the resources either. 2nd time I tried. I do everything it says but end up back here.
At the top of the page (right under the title) you should see directions and a link for getting the resource. We’ve had nearly 1,000 people who have claimed it so far!
