Once you try these copycat keto Kit Kat bars, they will quickly become a favorite go-to treat. Perfect for a keto diet, these chocolate bars are decadent with vanilla, chocolate, and cream cheese. Get ready to indulge your sweet tooth!
Even though keto options are becoming more widely available in stores, I just love that I can create this confection at home. Candy and treats are seemingly at the end of the priority list when marketing new keto foods.
While this isn’t exactly an everyday food, it’s nice to have the ability to indulge a little while keeping with a keto diet. These copycat keto Kit Kats also keep me from making the mistake of giving in to non-keto temptation while at the store!
This recipe seriously un-complicates the ingredient list too. With only eight ingredients, it’s likely that you have most of these on hand in your pantry. Which only expedites your journey to sweet, chocolatey joy!
Almond Flour in Copycat Keto Kit Kat Bars
While using almond flour in a keto recipe might be obvious, you might not realize the full benefits of this versatile ingredient. Almond flour offers nutrients such as:
- Monounsaturated fats
- Protein
- Fiber
- Magnesium
- Vitamin E
- Copper
- Phosphorous
Extra protein in your sweet treats? Yes, please. The almond flour in this recipe is a great way to “sneak” in a little extra protein. Our bodies need protein to thrive and grow, and it helps us stay fuller longer with calories that really count.
Vitamin E is great not only for your skin, hair, and nails, but also acts as a fantastic antioxidant. Antioxidants help our bodies wrangle and remove “free-radicals” that make their way into our systems.
Chocolate, health benefits, and keto-friendly; The only dilemma with these treats, is whether or not to eat the traditional five bars! I imagine they will be very popular, so enjoy them while you can!

Copycat Keto Kit Kat Bars
Ingredients
- ¾ Cup Almond flour
- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 ounce Cream cheese
- 3 Tablespoon Swerve confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup sugar free baking chips
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium size-mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, melted butter, baking powder, cream cheese, sweetener and vanilla extract. Blend until thoroughly mixed.
- Press the dough into a silicone candy bar mold, filling about 5 sections to the top.
- Bake the candy bar mixture for 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Let the mixture cool completely, and then gently cut each of the candy bar pieces in half lengthwise to get the long, thin shape of a Kit Kat Bar.
- Place the cut cookie bars under the broiler for a minute or two on each side to crisp them up and make them crunchy.
- Once the cookie strips are out of the broiler allow them to set in the freezer for about an hour.
- In a small microwaveable bowl, mix together the coconut oil and baking chips in a microwave, and microwave for 30 seconds at a time until chips are melted and smooth.
- Dip the cookie sections into the chocolate mixture, and remove with a fork to allow excess chocolate to drip off. Place them onto a tray or plate lined with parchment paper.
- Once all are dipped, place the kit kat bars into the freezer and allow them to set for 30 minutes.
